All Systems Go

With the Hospitality industry now starting to open up we have seen quite an increase in workload, Servicing, Breakdown Calls and even Installation work which we have not seen for quite a while.  Yes, it has been a quiet 12 months, main customers being Care Homes and the NHS, but we have used the down time to improve our services.

A replacement install van has just been purchased which at the moment it is having a tail lift and racking fitted, next stop is the sign writers.  Website has been updated and a new online store and download page added.  Office computer systems and Service Management Software has had an upgrade and most importantly Engineer have had additional training, Gas update training, Fgas and intensive online training on Rationale’s new range of appliances.  In short, we are ready to go.

In the coming months, hopefully we will be taking on some extra staff, firstly a Service Coordinator followed by an additional Service Engineer.  Interested, email your current CV and we will be in touch.

Finally, to our Customers, in particular those who have closed down through the pandemic.  Now is the time to get your equipment back up and running, give us a call and we can advise on the best start-up procedures to implement after a prolonged shutdown of your Commercial Catering Equipment.
